Dean Bryant

Dozer and Heavy Equipment Operator

mobile 864.630.9917

Dean has a lifetime of experience in the timber harvesting industry. He has been logging his whole adult life. Prior to working for Heritage Land & Timber, Inc., Dean was a partner-owner of H&R Timber, a local logging contractor serving the Upstate of South Carolina.

Dean has worked with Heritage Land & Timber, Inc. for nearly 5 years. He is responsible for logging road construction and maintenance. After a timber harvest, we often use Dean’s skills to reclaim a logging road by installing water bars and broad based dips. Dean is an expert with the company’s John Deere 700J Dozer. The machine has a 6-way blade that is ideal for forest roadwork. We also use the machine to do contract work for clients, such as construct food plots, install fire breaks or clear land.

Dean and his wife Teressa live in Northern Greenville County. They have been married for 44 years and are proud grandparents of 3 grandchildren.
